WARRANTY POLICY
We have a remarkably simple and clear warranty policy on our parts and products. Here is a breakdown of our warranty policy for different products we offer:
– Parts
All the parts that we sell come with a lifetime warranty. This gives our clients peace of mind that when they are buying our parts, they can be rest assured that if there are any issues that occur with the part in the future, they can return the part to us for a credit back based on the current selling price or exchange. The only condition that may make the part not eligible for warranty is physical or internal damage.
– Batteries
All our batteries come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects that may occur with the battery within a year of purchase as long as there is no physical damage to the battery. You can return the battery to us within the one year period for a credit back or exchange.
– Tools
All tools that we sell come with a 30-day warranty period. This covers any manufacturing defects with the tools and the product can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a credit back or exchange.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
In an event of a warranty claim, we aren’t going to make you fill out an RMA form (even though that option is available on “My Account” and makes our life easier) please ship it back to us at our address written below and indicate your company information and we will have your items credited within 24 hours of receiving your RMA. In an event, that we don’t have the part in stock or if the item you don’t need replaced anymore, we offer a refund based on today’s selling price. This is because some items could have been purchased 6 months ago and much higher and now the price has reduced. Please be advised that the merchandise does not include any physical or internal damage (ie LCD Damage, Ripped Flex). Whether the part was many months old or may have had scratches on the LCD Components, our responsibilities relies on giving you a product which meets your expectations and will be accepted with no questions asked. USED DEFECTIVE PART? ACCEPTED!
Many of our competitors are famous for charging a premium on a product and then not accepting a product back because the item was used, removed lenstape, or has scratches. Our warranty should be as simple as your purchase; within 24hours you should receive the credit back into your account. In the event you would like a replacement, please contact us and let us know and we will exchange it out for free. Regardless of the usage or the reason, the defective product shouldn’t have happened in the first place, so the last thing we should do is give you a hassle over it.
NO RESTOCKING FEE
Unlike many of our competitors we do not charge restocking fees for returned items. Restocking fees generally run from CAD$20-CAD$80 and constitute the cost of processing the return. Often it is used to cover reshipment, however many retailers charge both reshipment costs as well as restocking fees. We don’t play that game. No restocking fees, it’s a simple as that.
